We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return your order under the following conditions:

• Return period: You may return your order within 14 days of receipt.

• Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete, and without defects or signs of damage.

• Required documents: Please include a copy of your invoice and clearly state your order number inside the package.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible, using the same payment method you used for your order.

Please note:

• Shipping costs for returning the product are at your own expense (unless the item is defective or we delivered the wrong product).

• Returns that do not meet the above conditions (e.g. missing packaging, damage, no invoice/order number) may not be accepted.
